Blockchain 2040: the year we burn the last mound of coal

Yesterday I was part of a panel at UC Berkeley where we given a prompt: what will the world look like in 2040 as it relates to blockchains.

Obviously no one knows, so I had a little fun with it… tying in the post-apocalyptic films “Escape from New York” and “Escape from L.A.”

It was about a 10 minute presentation followed by Q/A, see the slides below:
